Associate Pastor- Rev. Rodney Staley

Our Associate Pastor, Rodney Staley whom we fondly refer to as “Charlie Brown” was born & raised in Alamance County.

His parents, Benny & Ann Staley have 2 other children, Todd who lives in South Carolina & Anessa who lives here in Alamance County.

Charlie's Grandfather Ed Staley donated the land that the church was built on and was a great influence on Charlie and our church.

Charlie graduated from Cummings High School where he excelled both academically and in athletics. He was in both the English and Spanish Honor Society and lettered in 5 sports.

Charlie has been married for almost 17 years to Kim and they have three children. Griffin - 11 years old, Gunnar - 7 years old, and Gage - 7 weeks old.

Charlie just recently received his diploma from Liberty Home Bible Institute and was ordained on May 18th at Staley Memorial Baptist Church where he has attended since his birth and now of course is a member. His cousin, Dr.. Wade Cox preached the charge to Charlie at his ordination service.
